He has selected 8 cohorts of the nationally recognized Huntington Playwriting Fellows program, both under the leadership of Lisa Timmel through 2016 and then as lead.

He is proud to have been the first professional ‘yes’ for several writers through that process, and to have developed playwrights’ careers on their way to productions in New York, London, Chicago, Los Angeles, and all points in-between. Developmental work at The Huntington has led to productions at Playwrights Horizons, P73, Geva Theatre Center, Alliance Theatre, and others.
